Orders may be placed through this link: Official Transcript. The CalArts Office of the Registrar offers each student one (1) complimentary mailed official transcript. Transcript requests are processed in 3-5 business days. Same day processing is not available. Once you have received your first copy, all additional transcript requests including email copies should be made through this link: https://calarts.edu/academics/registrar/overview.

Exceptional Circumstances Petition Form

This form is for use in cases in which circumstances causing the situation are clearly beyond the student's control. With this form, students may request an exception to Extended Studies policy or procedure, documented deadlines, or submit other considerations for review. When completing this form state your request, describe the specific incident or hardship, and attach supporting documentation. 

Please note that submission of this form does not guarantee approval. The Petition Committee decides each case on its own merit and will contact you once a decision has been reached.
